DRC — March Update
DRC is back with another monthly update! We have had an exciting month for February and an even more exciting month ahead. Let’s go over what was accomplished in February and early March as well as what is planned for the next month.
Looking Back
In February, we were able to fully complete the coding and implementation of the Digital Reserve. After auditing and testing, both Vault 1 and Vault 2 were deployed to the Ethereum Mainnet on March 3rd, 2021. We would like to thank If.x and Cryptographr for their dedicated work in completing the Digital Reserve. We would also like to thank our GEN00 NFT holders who also participated in testing and provided valuable feedback in the final stages of development. Through a portal on the DRC Global website, users can now deposit DRC into either DR vault and instantly gain exposure to a range of store of value assets. We plan on growing this ecosystem with more information coming later in the post.
Coinciding with the release of the Digital Reserve, we have also seen an increase in holders, users in our Telegram, and followers on social media as more users become exposed to DRC and its growing ecosystem. In addition, marketing efforts by the DRC Foundation have allowed us to break into traditional media with posts about the Digital Reserve and DRC featured in Yahoo, Market Watch, and CoinSpeaker, just to name a few. Additional marketing is planned for the coming months as we continue building interest in the Digital Reserve and its additional vaults.
Looking Forward
The Digital Reserve
For the month of March, DRC has a lot of plans to further its reach and to grow its ecosystem. For starters, additional DR vaults will be created with tokens voted on by the community to be added. Although higher risk, these vaults will provide a more community-led effort to partner with other tokens and bring additional investors into the DRC ecosystem. Holders can head over to the DRC Discord to view current proposals for tokens and suggest tokens they would also like to see in the Digital Reserve. The top tokens voted by the community will be added to upcoming DR vaults scheduled to be released over the coming weeks and months ahead.
DRC Available on QuickSwap
The community has asked for an alternative to Uniswap given ETH gas fees and high waiting times for transactions. DRC is proud to have partnered with Matic/Polygon for their newest DEX, Quickswap. Quickswap is a Layer-2 DEX that provides extremely low gas fees (.0001 cents), quick transaction times, and is a great alternative to Uniswap. DRC is also part of Quickswap’s Incentivized Pool which rewards users in QUICK for providing liquidity to the DRC/QUICK pool. If you would like to provide liquidity for the DRC/QUICK pair, you can do so here. In addition to the DRC/QUICK pair, a DRC/USDC pool has also been established. As we continue building our liquidity on Matic, we are asking any users who can provide liquidity do so to help create a healthy market.
If you are interested in configuring your wallet to the Matic Network, you can go here and follow the directions given to set up your wallet and access the Matic Chain and Quickswap. Once your wallet is configured, you can connect to Quickswap and begin trading or adding liquidity to the DRC pools similar to Uniswap. In addition to receiving a portion of each transaction, users will also receive QUICK token for providing liquidity.
Please note that although DRC is now available on Matic, DRC will still remain available for trading on Uniswap. The addition of Quickswap will help reach new users who are looking for a cheaper alternative to the high transaction fees currently found on Uniswap.

Additional use cases are being considered and will be implemented in the future for DRC NFT GEN00 holders. Only 100 NFTs have been minted with no additional GEN00 NFTs being minted.
